Exercise makes you more concentrated on studies

イギリスにいた高校生のときにあまり運動が好きじゃなかった私が

友人に毎回連れて行かれたお陰で定期的に30分程の運動をするようになりました。

それからというもの勉強面で凄く集中できるようになった気がしたのです。

気持ちよく運動をすると溜まっていた吹き出したい気持ちみたいなものが

全部外に出て、勉強をするときに落ち着いて出来るんです!!!

20代の男女10名に運動前と運動後で違う百マス計算を解いてもらいました。

すると…

こんな結果となったのです。受験生の方々は運動から離れるといいますが、

実は運動をした方が効率的なのですね 😉

 

When I was at high school my friend took me to a gym, and this is how I started working out on a regular basis. I was not doing so much, I was probably doing 30mins of work out in total.

However I started to feel more calm when I study and my result actually got better than before. When I do some work after I work out, I feel more concentrated because I feel that I let all the energy out that I kept inside me.

I did a research on 10 boys and girls. I asked them to do simple 100 maths quizzes before and after the normal workout that they do.

And the result was remarkable. On average it took 5.6 seconds shorter, and  is more accurate by 0.10% when you take a  quiz after you work out.

When students get busy with their exams they tend not to do any sports,

but it is definitely better for them to do nice amount of work out.

Food that makes your boobs bigger

女性にとって運動をすることで一番嫌なことは体脂肪が減るとともに胸がなくなってしまうことだと思います。

私も運動をはじめてから自分自身で鏡で見て分かるくらいに胸の量が減ってしまいました。。。泣

そこで胸を大きくする為に何が出来るか調べてみました!

胸を大きくする為には女性ホルモンを増やすことが非常に大切だそうです。

下の図のような食品を食べるとどうやら女性ホルモンが増えるようです。

でも食生活はバランスが非常に大切なので、くれぐれもバランスを考えてください。

I bet for women the worst thing about working out is that you lose boobs.

You can gain butt but you definitely lose boobs when you lose fat inside of your body.

But!!! Apparently there is some food that can help you have bigger boobs.

We love food and we love big boobs, everything sounds perfect, doesn’t it?

There is a strong relationship with lady’s hormone and big boobs.

Here are the list of things that can boost lady’s hormone.

Please note that this applies to everyone differently. Also it is always very important to have balanced diet. Please do not have an unbalanced diet.

PANCRASE248をみに行ってきました。

開場の熱は凄かったです!!!!!

個人的にセミファイナルのノックアウトが凄く印象的でした。

そして今回特に応援に行ったのが4試合目の高岡さんとファイナルの内村さんです。

高岡さんはさすが茶帯だけあって寝技が凄くきれいでした。

内村さんもストライキングが凄く素敵でした。

特に普通の選手ではキックを混ぜることが難しいのに比べ、

内村さんは強いキックを何度もしていて印象的でした。

ファイナルの結果はちょっと残念でしたが、

次に内村さんは絶対にもっと強くなるのでそれを見るのが楽しみです。

これからの今回出ていた選手全員の未来が気になります。

Went to watch PANCRASE248.

The heat at the ring was amazing!!!!!

The knock out of semi-final fight was something to watch.

I went there to cheer Takaoka who was in the 4th fight and Uchimura who was in the final fight.

Takamura’s grappling was very beautiful. I even thought he was grappling in the water.

And it was such a convincing winning! Congratulations to Takaoka.

And Uchimura’s striking was incredible as I had imagined,

he can throw powerful kicks with punches when most fighters need to concentrate when they throw kicks.

I have to say the result was not what I expected but I know he will come out even stronger and more danger”u”s than ever. I am excited to watch him fight next.
